Mindfulness, Yin Yoga & Meditation

This practice blends mindfulness (conscious awareness), Yin yoga (deep stillness), and meditation to cultivate presence. Observing thoughts—whether fear, joy, or peace—without judgment fosters self-awareness. With breath as an anchor, we allow experiences to unfold without suppression, creating a space of calm.

Benefits of Yin Yoga

Yin yoga promotes relaxation, mobility, flexibility, and joint stability by targeting deep connective tissues. Using long-held postures, sometimes supported by props, we release tension and encourage structural transformation. Gentle Yang movements may follow, increasing circulation before returning to stillness.

This workshop is ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners seeking balance through Yin and occasional Yang elements. By working with deep tissues, we support the body’s natural healing process, reducing stress and fatigue for overall well-being.
