Class Descriptions

Mindful Yin Vinyasa

A slower-paced practice blending mindful Vinyasa with elements of Yin and restorative yoga. Longer holds are woven into the flow, gradually transitioning into quieter, restorative postures to create a balanced practice of movement and stillness.

Yin Vinyasa

A dynamic Vinyasa practice woven with Yin postures to balance movement with longer-held stillness. This combination offers a full-body practice that builds strength and mobility while creating space to slow down and deepen awareness.

Yin Breath & Meditation

A quiet practice combining Yin and restorative postures with traditional pranayama, meditation, and moments of silence. Designed to encourage stillness, deepen awareness, and support nervous system regulation.

Gentle Yoga

A supportive practice combining mindful movement, gentle strength, balance, and restorative postures. Designed to encourage mobility, stability, and greater ease in the body.

Primary Foundations

Drawing from the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, this class explores postures from the Primary and Secondary Series with an emphasis on alignment, transitions, and understanding how each posture supports the practice as a whole.

Restorative

A deeply restful practice centered on stillness and nervous system regulation. Props are used to fully support the body, allowing space for rest, ease, and quiet awareness.
